Booking Policy

At Brighter Smiles & Beauty LLC, your appointments are very important to us, and we understand that sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. Because most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare for your treatment, we have cancellation policies in place.

In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we kindly ask for the following considerations:

DEPOSITS

We require a $25 nonrefundable deposit in order to book an appointment. Deposits are due at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your service cost. The remainder is due after services are completed. 

CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES

We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT! In the event you fail to contact us, all "no shows" will not be able to book again! 

This cancellation policy gives us time to inform our clients of any open availability. Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before the scheduled time. This allows for extra time to attend to your paperwork, etc. Arriving early will not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled appointment time. 

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that sometimes things happen outside of your control that make you late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, but unfortunately, due to future appointment times, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule your appointment, you must rebook on our site and pay another deposit. The prior deposit will not be applied to your treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late and there is an appointment scheduled after you, your appointment will be cancelled.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are running late, so we can best accommodate everyone.
