Booking Policy

At Brighter Smiles & Beauty LLC, your appointments and reservations are very important to us. Whether you’re booking a teeth whitening session, beauty services with one of our independent professionals, booth or suite rentals, photography studio time, or hosting a small private event, we take time to prepare our space to ensure the best experience possible.

We understand that plans may change, so please review our policies below.

Deposits

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all appointments, studio rentals, and event reservations.

• Deposits are applied toward your total cost
• Remaining balance is due at the time of service or rental

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

• All deposits are non-refundable
• No-shows will not be permitted to book again
• Late cancellations affect availability for other clients

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for check-in, setup, and any required paperwork.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however:

• Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in cancellation if another booking follows
• Rescheduled appointments require a new deposit
• Previous deposits will not carry over

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late.

Event Space Policy (Private Parties & Gatherings)

To keep our studio comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for everyone:

• Events are intended for small, intimate gatherings only
• A guest limit will be provided at the time of booking based on your event setup
• Guests must respect the space, equipment, and property
• Any damage to the studio may result in additional charges

Event times include setup and cleanup unless otherwise stated.

Rental Policy (Photo Studio, Booths & Suites)

Our creative studio and salon spaces are designed to be flexible and welcoming:

Photography Studio

• Rental time must be booked in advance
• Please bring your own camera and equipment
• Leave the space as you found it

Booth Rentals & Private Suites

• Available for daily, weekly, or longer-term use
• Renter is responsible for keeping their space clean and professional
• Respect shared areas and other professionals working in the studio

Guest Conduct

All guests and renters are expected to behave respectfully. Brighter Smiles & Beauty LLC reserves the right to end any appointment, rental, or event if policies are not followed.
